Everything was as described, it was a couple of days late but I got money added to my wallet for this. I downloaded the Everful App ,it made the tracking much easier. I also try order from free shipping which helps with the overall costs. Im very impressed with the brooches I ordered and I've just put in my 3rd order with this company and cannot fault it in fairness!!
