Most of the products I ordered were great! But a few of the handbag styles were not as pictured, really shoddy quality. I connected with customer service and they were able to help me out which was great. Overall, a good value for my business, but I’m paying closer attention to detail in the product, descriptions and photos.

Okay, I was very sceptical after reading some reviews, if you can allow a few weeks for delivery it's definitely worth it. Tracking can also take awhile to update. Everything i ordered was as described, I will be ordering again today.

Thank you for your trust — we truly appreciate it.

Just to give you some context: our order processing usually takes 3–5 business days, and with international shipping, the total delivery time from order placement to delivery is typically around 2-3 weeks.

We understand that this may feel like a long wait. With that in mind, we'd kindly suggest placing your next order a little earlier to make sure you don't miss your best sales window.

Please know that we are actively expanding our logistics network and exploring better shipping options to help our customers receive their orders faster.
