To be honest, I wasn't expecting much when I placed my order because of past experiences with past companies, but to say that I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement!! Yes the shipping was a few days late, but true to their word, I got the credit for that and customer service was good about keeping in touch with me. When everything did arrive I was very happy with the quality and value, especially with the tote bags and crossbody bags!! Glad I took the chance!
