I am happy with the quality of what I ordered. The zirconia clover shaped charms are so pretty and very sparkly. The stainless steel letter pendants are a little thick with a little weight that makes them feel expensive. The only thing that I wasn’t happy with was the gold paper clip charm necklace + heart charm necklace and the butterfly pendant that are all from the same collection. They all say 18k gold plated and look like they’re all the same color gold in the sample images, but they aren’t. The heart pendant is my preferred gold color (less yellow) and the paper clip necklace and butterfly pendant are very yellow-gold. Quality is great, but color is off.
