This came packaged like a tank, which is good cause even being acrylic, the mail system is not a gentle ride. I even compared these acrylic balls to my old polystyrene ones to make sure they were as advertised. True to form, the acrylic ball cracked under pressure but kept general shape whilst the polystyrene ball shattered completely! Also customer service was super helpful in fixing the shipping price, as the seller mistakenly put the wrong weight and marked them fragile (they're not 'by sea shipping only' fragile that's for sure).
