One issue with product quality was due to the product description not matching the items. (wrong material type listed) That was corrected. A second item, small pouches, would not zip all the way closed due to sloppy sewing. I mentioned it to my account rep. I was happy with the responses I received. The search feature doesn't always turn up what I'm looking for as easily as I'd hope. I was impressed with the packaging of the order, nicely done, no damage.
