Everful is so good in the communication they provide. This really makes me trust them and is the reason I keep reordering supplies. Same goes for the packaging. Some of the jewelery making supplies are fragile, and they make sure the packaging is secure and safe. Still things can happen while shipping them, which is inevitable, but they do their best to avoid this. This time I ordered some sorting boxes for all my beads, and they are perfect!
