Items were great. This is the second time I ordered, since the first was just to test them out if I like the product. Overall, this order came a lot faster than the first. It did come in three separate boxes/shipments (maybe due to the amount or since one box was free shipping), but they arrived in about 3-4 weeks. I estimated it will just take a while but my account support Leslie was able to communicate effectively with me the entire time. Since I know what I wanted this time, I was able to get just what I needed and I was very happy about all the products.
