My order was delivered 2 das after the estimated delivery time, but they kept me updated and without asking for it they send me confirmation that I will receive the gift for the delay. Everful is so good in the communication they provide. This really makes me trust them and is the reason I keep reordering supplies. Same goes for the packaging. Some of the jewelery making supplies are fragile, and they make sure the packaging is secure and safe. Still things can happen while shipping them, which is inevitable, but they do their best to avoid this. This time I ordered some sorting boxes for all my beads, and they are perfect! Good material, easy to use. Enclosed also a picture of some of the bracelets I made with previous orders. Keep up the good work Everful! I am a fan!
