I have placed 3 orders and have been happy with everything I have gotten thus far! I did have a couple of items in my last large order that were damaged. It was very easy to make a claim and they refunded my account balance. I will continue to buy what I need in the future.

I have just received my 3rd order. Very pleased with all I got. Mostly brooches. All are sparkly and nice. One was missing a stone and one had a broken pin on the back but I ordered over 100 of them so not bad. I will put in a claim for a refund of those 2. I will order again. Order was delivered in the time frame mentioned when I placed my order.
