I reached out expecting to get a form response or be told it wasn't an option. Instead someone called me back, walked me through the logistics, figured out the cost difference, and got it sorted. That kind of above-and-beyond attitude isn't common in the wholesale space. It made me feel like a valued customer rather than just a transaction. Prices are great too, but that experience is what locked in my loyalty.
