MISSING PACKAGE-FIXED! I read though a handful of reviews on Trust Pilot with a low rating saying missing package, but no other information available. Without giving you the full dramatized version of the events, I'll do my best to explain. I ordered a boat delivery package. It was sent out of China in a timely fashion. Next up, the boat trip. The trip takes about 10 days to the USA. The great thing about choosing the boat, they give you the vessel's name so you can go to websites like Marine Traffic to see what the boat looks like and its voyage. You won't be left wondering, "Where's my package?" Back to the drama... My package gets unloaded and then goes to customs. Great! No. What should take them one day didn't. I complained at the 15 day mark, and was told policy states that i must wait 30 days. I did, checking every day. When 30 days passed, I emailed the company and... nothing. Then, I emailed Miss Lesley directly. She emailed me back within hours asking do I want a refund or the package. I wanted the package!!! I need the package!! She immediately put in another order. Did I fully trust the company at this point? No. The days they spend gathering my items, I kept a watchful eye on the status. Then a few days later, the package was shipped. BAM! Just like that, I placed another order. This time, I went back to the airplanes and spent twice as much. In the meantime, I watched the package move through China quickly. Then on the boat, the mighty DANIEL K. INOUYE a vessel sailing under the US flag. I cheered on its voyage and it's speed, as Hurricane Rachel started showing up toward the south. DANIEL K. INOUYE kept motoring on at a stead pace of 23 mph straight to California. The mighty DANIEL K. INOUYE made it on time. You can buy a replica of the containership online, no joke!! Who knew? Anyway, they unloaded the goods rather quickly, and this time it smoothy sailed right through customs. Three days later, I was opening up the package in east Texas and digging through it like an early Christmas gift. Mind you, because of customs, it took 3 months to get here! I ordered glass beads, metal spacers, and polymer clay basically. The quality of the items I ordered are great!! STAR OF THE SHOW: 97¢ Mixed Glass Acrylic Resin Beads (EVFPQ6KNKZ) I ordered 10 colors. After that I wondered to myself, "What was I thinking?" That was a waste of money. After I received them, I wondered why I didn't get two of every color!! The glass beads are stunning!! I want to see if the company just sells the large beads, because they are beautiful. If you're buying beads, buy a pack or two. They're so much more beautiful than the pictures. I counted the 8mm beads from the red series (EVFVGX8P7X3 ), 42 of the 8mm beads. The black and the purple were really nice as well. Surprisingly the white (EVFVG7JNR5Q) pack had the most beautiful clear crackle crystal beads. And that's my story... review...both! I want to sum it all up and say, it's not about a missing package but more about the company honoring their policy. In my experience, they did immediately and very kindly without a fight. I'll continue to buy from Everful. I'm really excited about my cheap lava rocks I'm getting today from the airplane purchase, the day after my boat package arrived! But it might be a little time before I use the boats again, but I eventually will. While it's no fault of Everful, California customs, looking at package tracking everyday for 3 months is taxing (California is good at that!). Have a blessed day everyone and thanks for reading!

Items were great. This is the second time I ordered, since the first was just to test them out if I like the product. Overall, this order came a lot faster than the first. It did come in three separate boxes/shipments (maybe due to the amount or since one box was free shipping), but they arrived in about 3-4 weeks. I estimated it will just take a while but my account support Leslie was able to communicate effectively with me the entire time. Since I know what I wanted this time, I was able to get just what I needed and I was very happy about all the products.
