Running a subscription box company means I live and die by lead times. If a supplier is late, my entire fulfillment schedule gets thrown off and customers notice immediately. I was upfront about this with Everful before placing my first order and they took it seriously. Every order since has arrived within the promised window. The quality has also been consistent — I get very few complaints from subscribers about the products sourced from Everful, which is saying something because subscription box customers are not shy about feedback. They've become one of my most dependable vendors and I'll keep ordering from them as long as that stays true.
