Items were great. This is the second time I ordered, since the first was just to test them out if I like the product. Overall, this order came a lot faster than the first. It did come in three separate boxes/shipments (maybe due to the amount or since one box was free shipping), but they arrived in about 3-4 weeks. I estimated it will just take a while but my account support Leslie was able to communicate effectively with me the entire time. Since I know what I wanted this time, I was able to get just what I needed and I was very happy about all the products.

Asking questions was easy. They responded quickly to explain my ask. We are very pleased with the items we chose. After our first small order we went back wih a much larger order. Very satisfied.
