These animal plush keychains are so, so cute! They are exactly as pictured on the website, and we will definitely be using this company again. The shipping took a long time, but we expected that and planned ahead. Our package arrived when Everful said it would. When one of the items was out of stock, we were able to communicate with Everful via WhatsApp to problem-solve.

Items were great. This is the second time I ordered, since the first was just to test them out if I like the product. Overall, this order came a lot faster than the first. It did come in three separate boxes/shipments (maybe due to the amount or since one box was free shipping), but they arrived in about 3-4 weeks. I estimated it will just take a while but my account support Leslie was able to communicate effectively with me the entire time. Since I know what I wanted this time, I was able to get just what I needed and I was very happy about all the products.
