Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear that everything met your expectations and matched the descriptions, and that you found the app easier to use than the website—that's helpful feedback for us. We also appreciate you pointing out that it can be unclear when an order will be picked and shipped. We understand how important clear communication is throughout the process, and we'll share your comments with our team as we work on improving order status visibility. We truly value your input and hope to serve you again soon!
