Thank you so much for your review! We're thrilled to hear that you loved pretty much everything in your order—that means a lot to us. We're sorry that a few items didn't quite meet your expectations, and we appreciate your honest feedback. We also hear you on shipping and processing times, especially for air shipping; that's valuable input, and we'll share it with our team as we continue working to improve speed and efficiency. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to serving you again soon!
